Dry ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Wet ingredients:
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Bake for 35 minutes at 350F in an 8x8 parchment lined baking pan. Edges should be set, but it is ok if center still seems fudgy. Cool completely before cutting.
Mason jar option: Layer all dry ingredients in a 1 quart (1 liter) mason jar. Mix wet in a bowl and add contents of mason jar. Cook as directed.
